Delaware is pretty boring outside of the beaches, true story. But tax free shopping, low property tax and excellent location to NYC, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Philadelphia as well as the jersey shore and MD beaches. Gotta love it.

If I'm looking to have a wild weekend and I'm not going to the beaches ill just drive to Philly (30 min) or NYC (1.5 hours). Sometimes Atlantic City too (like an hour from me).
