Bro congrats bro got rid of stanky ass WEstbrook now the Chip is comin Houston hungry leetsss goooooooo

I'm very excited about DeMarcus Cousins and John Wall reuniting with the Houston Rockets! They were special teammates at Kentucky. It reminds me of when Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler reunited with the Houston Rockets in 1995. They played at the University of Houston together in the early '80s. I can only hope this special pairing can produce an NBA Title just like Olajuwon and Drexler did.

The crazy thing is the Rockets are loaded with veteran talent. James Harden, Eric Gordon and P.J. Tucker. I think Christian Wood is ready to take the next step and become an NBA all-star. 25 years old with tremendous length and versatility on both ends of the court. They've got some athletic young kids like Danuel House Jr., Ben McLemore. Chris Clemons and Kenyon Martin Jr. They've got size, rebounding, shooting, defense and guys that can create their own shot and attack the basket.

The Rockets can now match up with the Lakers and any team with size. They can also play small ball and shoot a lot of threes. Space the floor.

If Stephen Silas can make this work he'll become the coach of the year in his first season as head coach. Tremendous pickup from the Dallas Mavericks. There's a reason why Dallas didn't want to lose him. He's been highly praised by Mark Cuban and Luka Doncic. Great coach. He has the talent to do it.

The only reason I'm feeling very optimistic is because Cousins and Wall are looking in great shape and very healthy. Both just turned 30!

James Har_en no shows to camp. Due to NBA's covid restrictions. This was expected. Due to the birthday party he attended.
But it was also expected that he'd get an individual workout in. Har_en no shows to that as well.
Rockettes management saying all the right things. Har_en showing he doesn't even want to play there anymore in the regular season. We all know he never played in the playoffs for Houston.

Rockettes are a dumpster fire.

Why is James Harden such a bitch? And why do the Rockets placate him? I think it has to do with the marketability of having a beard.

He's putting college kids through school with the amount of 1$ bills he drops nightly.
Such a man of the people.
This is why the Rockettes put up with his bullshit.

I'm not sure how Westbrook is going to do enough to make The Wizards a top team. I've felt that Beal has been getting the short end of the stick for years and it doesn't seem to have any end in sight. Thing is, I don't think he'll demand a trade. But he should've done everything he could to walk years ago. There was a point around when Wall had messed up his hand where I thought Beal might run. He was increasing his profile and I thought his value was really high. But I don't think it made business sense for him to break his contract.

As for the Rockets, that's a big wait-and-see to me. I've long argued that Boogie has had the chops to be on of the most unguardable low post players in basketball history, but in my view he got too swept away but the 3 and he hasn't given a consistent effort on either end of the court during his career. I think he may have plenty of game left in him and if he can see some Ws with Harden and Wall, maybe it'll spark the change that will resurrect hope for his career.

Based on history, I don't see the Rockets winning a championship. Based on talent and experience and the hope of alchemy between Harden and Wall and Cousins, maybe they will accomplish something special. I think it needs to happen this year unless they make some changes in their roster, but as of this moment they have an impressive crew. I think the Clippers may stumble again and that leaves them with an opportunity. If the Lakers aren't careful or if something goes wrong for them, maybe the Rockets can finally get theirs.

This is the first time when the Rockets have had all the hype that I haven't predicted everything to fall to crap. I don't know what to predict. And that's kind of exciting even if I'm not a Rockets fan.

Thing is, if the Rockets don't at least reach the WCF, I could see Harden packing his bags. So I'm guessing that Harden will ask to bounce before Beal does, if pressed.

Rew types like me except my keyboard is done for. I need to buy a new one soon. Maybe a flashy gamer one that glows in the dark.
I'm going to end up getting a new keyboard and mouse for Christmas. They're so incredibly expensive though. Jeez! Why though?

Also Proint. This is so frustrating to me! How did it turn into a setback in less than 24 hours? James Harden better show up and be professional!

James Harden has yet to arrive to Rockets training camp and didn't show up to an anticipated individual workout on Sunday.
Head coach Stephen Silas on when Harden would rejoin the team: "There is no timetable, as far as I know. It is a setback."

Backlit keyboard changed my life

My aunt usually gives me a $100 dollar Best Buy gift card every Christmas. I may get something with that.
I'm looking to get a good keyboard and mouse that can last several years. Not a one or two-year thing.
