He's not going to be your #1 or #2 scorer, but he does a lot of things VERY well.

Over half his dimes imo are
leaks out passes from their elite D
or
being able to penetrate down a WIDE open middle(nobody covers a 30% shooter) that causes rotations and he has a free oop pass or swing to curry/klay. Warriors always 4-1 or 5out -- this happens often because hes always up top for 3 and wide open (part of their game plan to have him stop transition) --

Best transition defender
Most versatile defender
Offense isnt even average though

Well the hate is real, because Green is a total jackass....

But with that set aside, he's a pretty incredible passer and of course a top notch defender. He's undersized, but still manages to be versatile as fuck and do a lot. He's like the perfect piece to have next to all of those shooters.

At the end of the day his defensive versatility, toughness and ability to lock guys up is huge for the Warriors. He's a lot more valuable to them than people think, just look at the Finals that they lost to the Cavs when he was out...

I mean I dislike Green as much as the next guy, but it's a fact that the NBA is softer than baby shit these days. Green brings needed physical play, make it a scrappy match like we want to see....

Fuck the finesse shit, drop a shoulder, lay someone out, bring aggressiveness to the game. That's what Green does very well, and I respect him for that.
