No, juice only applies when you lose a bet broski. If you fucking bet $100 and win with the spread, then you win the $100. If you lose, you lose $110.

The ML is the same, if you bet $100 tonight on Spurs +410 then you would win $410. If you lose though, you only lose the $100. If you bet on the Rockets on the other hand, you would need to wager $560 just to win $100.

Assuming it's +410 for SA and -560 for HOU (different for different books).
