I appreciate the father and son aspect. I'm a LeBron fan, and I view him as the GOAT. With that said, Bronny getting minutes in the NBA right now is the equivalent of some trust fund baby getting a top role at a company that his dad owns, even though he has zero idea what he's doing and doesn't deserve that position whatsoever.
But LeBron has earned the right to pull his son into the NBA and give him that role. Deserving or not, that's what happens when the GOAT is your dad. I am pulling for Bronny and I hope he does find his role in the league, but right now he's absolutely nowhere near an NBA caliber player and it's pretty cringe watching them force it.
Same thing with Thanasis then right?
I think, the amount of Value that Lebron has added to the league, having a touching father son moment and then shipping his ass back to the G League is perfectly fine & isn't this life ending nepotism. I view it as bigger than basketball and the relationship we see on TV and seeing him coaching his son on the sideline, seeing how Bronny doesn't shy away for his admiration of his father etc. Its bigger than basketball and hopefully motivates more men out there to have great relationships with their son/father.
All just for 3 minutes of BBall, nb.
