PG is 34 and only plays 2/3 of games on non-contract years. his stats also take a big dip in the playoffs, so he'll fit right in with Embiid

probably like 55 games missed between the two of them, that's an optimistic outlook

PG reg season: 20.8/6.3/3.7

PG playoffs: 21.2/7.5/4.1

Oh yeah????

Anyways....PG is filling a #3 role. He's replacing Tobias Harris. Hit open threes and defend, that's all he will need to do for them to make a deep run. Something Tobias couldn't do. Massive upgrade. Best 3rd option in the league for sure.

the most important factor is the condition of Embiid come playoffs, and he has consistently demonstrated that he won't be healthy

the 76ers need similar circumstances that allowed LeBron and AD to cruise to a ring. that extra time off altered events, if there was a grueling regular season there's no way AD is fresh for a full run
