They wanted multiple 1sts for Caruso last year, so acquiring just Giddey can be viewed as an L.

Giddey is only 21 and a very solid all around player.

I don't think they got fleeced but Caruso will likely have much more of an immediate impact than Giddey.

Did the odds even shift half a dollar? I doubt it's going to move.

More importantly the Thunder get a SHOOTER

Giddeys inability to space the floor and hit a three was crushing in the playoffs. This is a no brainer move for OKC. Makes them better for a real run.
