I just don't see it. I like Biden as a person, good guy, he's from right down the road from me and I met him many times years before presidency or VP. But he is just so toasted, he couldn't run a local gas station let alone the country at this stage of his life. He doesn't even know where he is or what he's doing half the time anymore. Just too far past his prime.
