From my experience you only get low end of pogotoolkit evolve multiplier.

Holy Shit! I've been hoarding evolves to use with lucky egg. Went from lvl 17 to lvl 20. And I have shit pokemon

Unless you want to walk around with incense on but it's not necessary. But I usually have both on since I don't like sitting in one place

Ive been taking the kids to the park a lot more over the past week. Lol

40 is max level. Highest level players are 30ish. Xp requirements scale exponentially so 40 would take ages.

I have 5xx Charmander and Squirtle, and 6xx Wartortle and a 298 Bulbasaur. Starters aren't really spawning in Sweden roflrofl
