Grade 3 sprain too, shit is no joke. I had a grade 3 in college and was on crutches forever, shit took so long to heal because it was a complete tear.

NBA has super healing powers though, dudes come back from this so quick. I just feel like 4 weeks is being a bit too optimistic lol.

yeah sprains are the worst lol. if you come back too early you gotta start all over again too. i once sprained my tunica albuginea when i was in high school.

I tried to cum back way too early and its honestly never been the same since.
