Holy Shit. 714 @ Nidoran? BEAST

Not to rub salt in the wound...

Your Nidorina can then be evolved into Nidoqueen with 2128-4389Combat Power (CP). (1.83-2.48)

WHAT THE FUCK

I haven't even seen anything higher than 2k CP in my town yet

I still don't know what this means. Is it a multiplier? If so, how does it work?

Yeah! You take your base Nidoran (741 CP) and when you evolve to Nidorina

Your Nidoran(Female) will evolve into a Nidorina with 1207-1837 Combat Power (CP). (1.63-2.48)
so there's a range it can multiply by. 741 x 1.63 = 1207 through x 2.48 (which would be 1837) So the resulting CP of your Nidorina could be anywhere from 1207 to 1827.

then

Your Nidorina can then be evolved into Nidoqueen with 2208-4555 Combat Power (CP). (1.83-2.48)

So what factor decides what multiplier is used. Is it pretty much luck at that point?

Yeah, It's random (Pretty sure anyway)
Which is great because even if you get a solid Nidoqueen, there's still be a chance you can roll a better one (even with a lower base Nidoran)

True, but every nidoran I evolved about 450 cp always got the lowest multiplier. And I must of done at least 5. I guess the chances of getting a higher multiplier are even smaller than catching a Dragonite in the middle of Death Valley.

How do lured pokestops work? Is it the same as the insense where it's 1 pokemon every 5 minutes?
