I have a buddy who got a lure module and I think 2 incubators from pokestops. I know this wasn't directed at me but I would imagine lucky eggs and other stuff can be gotten there too if he got those.

I've found everything except for the Bag and Pokemon storage upgrades. Some guy told me he he found them at South Coast Plaza, never checked so he might of been trolling me.
