To hedge out of the parlay. I was fine with 6k and didn't want to risk it.

I can't buy out or just cancel the 4 remaining legs. I had to fill the legs to complete the parlay. The only way to do that and guarantee I win is to take a ridiculous odds wager and throw down enough on the opposite bet so if the unthinkable happens I still win what the parlay would have won. I hedged too much on some and too little on one but it worked out in the end.
