You're either built with thick skin and can take the boo's and handle the media, or you simply can't. Embiid is perfect for the city because he gives it right back and doesn't give a shit what people say and if he does he'll let you know about it lol. Iverson was the same way, that's why he is so beloved to this day in Philly because he was tough as nails.

Simmons on the other hand is too Hollywood, he's too laid back and careless and doesn't show emotion. Unfortunately that's not a good mix playing in Philly, NY, etc. markets because the fans and media will smell blood in the water and eat you alive

Im very ready to welcome Ben Simmons to the Warriors for the right deal. Don't mind shipping Wiggins for him at all. Defense in Dray & Simmons & Shooting in Klay & Curry is insane.. Who can stop Simmons driving & dishing. I would LOVE this team. Wiseman has to stay tho, not letting a good big man go.

You're reaching if you think the deal is going to be Wiggins + a bunch of trash. More likely it would be at minimum 2 of Wiseman/Moody/Kuminga

The longer this goes, the less leverage the Sixers have. They have been rejected by just about everyone with their ridiculous demands. At this point, most teams are okay with rejecting deals with the Sixers. If he doesn't suit up as he says they literally get nothing for him other than a disgruntled Embiid and Co.

Be very specific about what you think is an accepted trade with Wiggins.

I feel like the Sixers would take Wiggins, Moody, a 1st and a 2nd (if Golden State was stupid enough to offer it).

Warriors give Andrew Wiggins, James Wiseman, the Nos. 7 and 14 picks on Thursday and two future first-rounders for Ben Simmons.


Ridiculous, and immediately rejected.

Time has gone by, and everyone has rejected every trade.. They thought, fuck it, he'll play anyways. His stock has gone down substantially.

Personally? I want him on the team but not at the expense of giving up Wiseman in any deal, Kuminga is probably going to have to be included as well.. We will see..

Basketball, at the end of the day, is a game of stars. They impact the game more than any other league, Ben Simmons is a star & would do amazing facilitating for Steph & Klay, while having much easier time getting to the basket due to their spacing. & then on defense him Klay & Dray would have a field day in todays small ball, switch everything, league.
