I regret it but the regret is after seeing the result
Like I told a few people, I'd rather regret hedging than regret not hedging

Your parlay is currently 80:1 but the cancelled leg probably drops it to 40ish. You could calculate that on one of the parlay calculator websites. I think you should consider buying out. 80 to 1 is better than anything I've ever hit.

It depends on how far that money would go
You need to figure out what the actual payout would be without the cancelled leg
