He's had some early shooting woes but never for the entire game. The Celtics didn't acquire Kyrie to carry the team in scoring every night- they tried that model with IT4 and look where it got them (ousted easily by the Cavs) - they acquired him to be a true PG and he's looked stellar thus far - always looking to make a pass first and find the open guy. He's been completely unselfish and has proven that he can be effective on the defensive side of the ball as well. And in the clutch? - he's been great and is able to take over the game on both sides of the floor.
The big Kyrie box scores are surely to come, but no one in Boston really cares about that - we're happy to see our team playing excellent ball under an excellent young head coach - nn for individual accolades
