KP is indeed a problem. He's the biggest challenge for the Mavs. They can match up with anyone else, but him they don't seem to have an answer for because of his size and floor spacing.

Dallas adjusted though and settled in. Celtics came out of the gates on fire, after an emotional ceremony, Bill Walton tribute, etc. Let's see how the Mavs look now that Boston won't have that same game 1 first quarter energy.

Kyrie could easily give up too. You see him give up in games, I understand his mindset, he knows its a long series and this is only one game etc etc. But If Kyrie has a couple more 14 15 16 point games Mavs have no chance especially if Porky is protecting the rim this well That means that like 5 players on the Mavs roster cant even score now

So Kyrie needs to score 30 efficiently and Mavs coach needs to figure out how to space against Porky.

Im not worried about Tatum or Jalen taking over, they are going to score but every else assumed equal Luka + Kyrie will outscore Tatum + Brown the rest of the series.

But that is how Boston is built, they are a swiss army knife, sometimes Derrick White is going to go off for 25 etc etc. Porzingis is a major part of that because Tatum and Jalen cant score 30-40 points every game like Luka/Kyrie Boston is relying on Porzingis and Derrick and Horford (lol) etcetera to produce and fill that space.

Mavs are all in on Luka and Kyrie so Kyrie not showing up means its gg unless Luka can score 50-60 points each game. its funny because its Luka 50-60 somehow doesnt seem too impossible/unreasonable like if I didnt watch any more games this series and someone told me 'ya Luka scored 60 each game and carried' i wouldnt even question you kind of thing like it could just happen anyway.. Like if you said Brown or Tatum went off for 60 every game I would be like naw i gotta look that up you know what I mean google that shit rigghtt awayy cuh they atin doin that But Luka? Luka? Aint no thang he done done the research I aint gotta question that
