Already placed a wager on the over... Rutgers wont be able to stop Washingtons offense but Washington also has a pretty shaky secondary and Rutgers should be able to score some points against them. I really like the over for that game. I'll try to post my NCAA card before the games start today, I usually do pretty well in college football.
