I’m not gonna lie, I cried when I found out what happened.

Kobe has been a part of basically my entire thinking life and he was a kind of link to Southern California I could take with me when I was forced to move away to Las Vegas. I obviously couldn’t keep living there but I had the Lakers to watch and it always helped.

Funny thing is near the end of his career and definitely during the his retirement I tried to imagine what Kobe Bryant would look like as a 70-75 year old man. Wasn’t mean to be.

The game Tuesday, or at least the significance of it, ought to be legendary.

Same here man, when I read the headline I did a double take and I was like what? this has to be a joke or something.
