So what exactly about that would make me in shambles? Nuggets didn't botch as many top draft picks as the Sixers did. Jokic & Murray is a lethal duo though that's for sure, and they have great talent around em.

Nuggets needed Murray. Last two years they got bounced in the first and second round without him (two years Jokic won MVP too). Murray comes back and they're back in the WCF's again (and now finals ofc). Last time he was healthy they made the WCF's as well. As Steve Kerr put it, that's the "head of the snake" for Denver.
