McGee has been playing on team friendly deals the last few years. Hes going to take the highest offer he gets.
I just feel like at this point of his career he’s gotta be tired of bouncing around the league. And I think he enjoys playing alongside LBJ/in LA. But he will likely get a decent multi year offer elsewhere.

Which is a big issue moving forward.
Yeah for sure. He won’t be back next year but could thrive for a team if utilized to his strengths. Will suck to lose our best 3pt shooter tho lol

As someone who watched McGee when he was with the Wizards, holy moly... He was usually the standard on Shaqtin, there were times where he had so much potential, but his extreme low BBIQ really hindered his ability to be the perfect center.
Honestly, given that our big man rotation had Jamison, Blatche, and Haywood as our 5's, man oh man, was it disappointing. It was literally McGee's spot to lose, and lose he did..
But watching him now, you can clearly see how veterans and coaches have taught him a lot more. Hopefully he goes somewhere or stays with the Lakers. McGee seems like the prototypical big man that can block, rebound, and run down the court to catch lobs, so we'll see if his success maintains.
Absolutely! He really blossomed playing within the Warriors system and alongside the talent that’s there. He should be a fairly sought after big man given that he is a good rim protector and runs the court very well. His bball IQ has definitely grown over the years for sure haha
