In short, they are "professional" bettors. They are called that because their play is usually a smart ("sharp") play. This may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure a lot of those guys actually use sports gambling as their main source of income. These guys normally spend hours researching match-ups etc.

Should be a defensive battle, its really gonna depend on which offense can hit that big play and I give the giants a big advantage in that regard. But I'd stay away from this one. Divisional games, especially nfl east, are notoriously hard to predict.
