If they won against a normal playoff schedule they'd get a lot more respect. They have yet to play a team with their best player, which obviously puts a damper on their success. Still handled business though so that's all that matters.

Finals should be fun though. We'd have to expect the Mavs to put up a pretty good fight? Luka and Kyrie have been Ballin, and they actually know how to close games unlike the Pacers.

Lol we WANTED Randle to play. 76ers probably advance if he played, let's be honest. He's not their best player though anyway, not even close.

Anyways, knicks at full strength (minus the playoff liability randle) would have beaten Indiana, obviously. And OG is the x-factor. 26-5 with him this season. As soon as he went out they knew it was over with.

Pacers are a solid team, great offense, but they don't get there if the Knicks dont lose their entire team to injuries. We alll know this.

So yeah, while we had a cushy ride in, did it really matter? If anything, it probably affects us going forward because we haven’t had a taste of true competitive playoff basketball yet. But obviously the haters will find a way to twist it that it’s bad against Celtics lol

Without KP the Celtics won’t win the Finals, they need him
