i don't see how the win win here. Sure cavs got some rebuilding pieces (the pick and zizic) but with this likely being lebrons last year I thought they would have made a win now deal. I definitely think they got great value for kyrie... The Celtics however got their other superstar AND took him from their biggest competition. Once lebron leaves the Celtics will be favorites for a while - until the sixers hopefully get their core developed.

only way I think the Celtics could've done better is give up taytum instead of the next Brooklyn pick but that's because I have never liked taytum :)
