This confused me...because for a while he was posting on that WrathOfGod account as well. So there was 3 accounts total involved so he could get this 2004 one?

Well it's safe to say nobody cared about it as much as him seeing as how he also didn't remind anybody to vote multiple times in any round except for this one.
