Philly has more staying power with a win now move because they're a large market that could attract better FA's - IMO it's better to take the for sure elite team now rather than hope for elite growth. hoping for elite growth is what small markets are limited to because they have to rely on their drafting and development ability more, being that they're unable to attract value adding FA's consistently

Harden + Embiid would be elite there isn't a doubt in my mind, and they'd be well equipped with role players for a Championship run, the current 76ers team maybe has a 10% chance to win the Finals
