He's just one of like 14 players to average 18 pts and 5 assists per 36 minutes in his first two seasons in the NBA. Dude is talented. He's 21. He's as young as some that will get drafted this year.
Prospects that have such undefined position like he has don't turn out spectacular at all; there are prodigies like Iverson, Irving, etc. but most likely they will end up rather average.
I don't think he can lift or take his game to another level tbh... his shooting form/release is slow for a SG, if they play him as one, obviously. Maybe as a PG but that's it.
