I do have tons of balls. But I sit in an area with lured pokestops so it's pretty much constant pokemon, so it's actually kind of a hassle to catch all the shitty ones.

I catch everything except high Zubats because they are a fucking waste of pokeballs.

Yes the pokemon rarity is entirely regional (some pokemon are rare everywhere though).

Like there's an absolute rarity I think, and then that's massively modified by regional rarity. Some places have constant charmanders, others have none.
