Basically an NBA team can sign 2 players to two way contracts. The player basically plays in the G league all year but has a certain amount of days they can be on the NBA roster. It was basically meant for players who don't wanna go to Europe/China/etc leagues i contraf they don't make an NBA roster. Caruso was a on a two way contract before. I'm sure there might be a couple other guys who've made it to the NBA full time from two way contracts
