Harden isn't a dog shit defender though, he hasn't been that for many years (since his early Rockets days). That's easily one of the worst takes people commonly have on social media, probably because of Shaqtin-a-fool or Sports Center lowlights of him quitting on plays lmao.
In fact, statistically speaking in the past few years he has had seasons where he has graded out as an excellent defender. He's average at worst though, despite having his lapses. He's a better defender than Seth Curry who he is replacing, that's for sure.
