I could very easily find like 20 shots from that game where there was slight contact with no call, thats because, contact isnt a foul
Contact isn't a foul depending on where it is...body to body contact isn't a foul when the defender is in the right position.
You can't put a forearm into the offensive players BACK while they're going up for a shot and expect to not get called. Even if it wasn't much, a slight push in the back and Embiid going sideways and not even getting the ball to the rim was an automatic whistle for the ref.
Basketball is a physical game, contact is always part of the sport especially for post players you have to be able to bang and hold your ground. The thing is a forearm in that position is not how you play defense....and Gobert was caught out of position, period.
