Jazz 16-1 in their last 17 games

Impressive team, but they're not going to beat the Lakers in a seven-game series. They can knock the Clippers out in the second round.

I sure hope I'm wrong though. I'd love to see somebody challenge the Lakers in the Western Conference playoffs this year.
I'm just worried the Utah Jazz are last year's Denver Nuggets. All hyped up only to go down in 5 games. Can Utah do it?

The Utah Jazz feel like the NBA's version of the Green Bay Packers. Regular-season dominance. You must win it all to solidify everything.
If you can't win a championship what's the point? Like the NBA best 65-17 Rockets in 2017-2018. Lost Game 7 at home to Golden State.

Nobody is going to hand out regular-season trophies. You either win a championship or you don't. I don't want any excuses!

Not really buying into them either, expecting them to finish 3rd seed and lose in the 2nd round to Clippers or something along those lines. Just feels like they're missing one last big piece.

When is the NBA trade deadline this year? March 25th I think. Teams like the Jazz need to add another piece for a playoff run.

The trade deadline is also going to be a big one for the Rockets. They can flip Oladipo, Tucker and Gordon for more draft picks and young players. They already have the Nets and Bucks' first-round pick in 2022 (two late ones they can trade for a mid-to-late teen range pick). And then the Nets' first-round picks in 2024 and 2026, also unprotected, could be something huge. The Nets should suck by then. Maybe a top three pick. #1 overall pick if we're really lucky!

Also, Seth Curry is on pace to be the first ever member of the 50/50/100 club.

50.3 FG%
50.7 3P%
100.0 FT%

The Sixers are 15-3 when he plays this season. I may want to bandwagon the 76ers in the playoffs. LOL. Or the Bucks.
They'll just disappoint anyway. But Daryl Morey was wise to add an elite shooter like Seth Curry to that roster. Wow!

Bronny James is eligible to enter the 2024 NBA Draft. Rockets should be "All In" for Bronny in 2024!
Make sure we end up with the #1 overall pick that draft. A good chance we may have the #1 pick.

That would be so funny if we end up with Bronny and then LeBron says, "I'll play with Houston my final year or two."

We need to rebuild and really form a great team down the road. 2024, 2025 and 2026. We'll land even more picks soon.
I want to land some elite prospects in those drafts! Our future is in 16, 15 and 14 year-old stars in high school right now.

โ€œJoel is in the rare group of players in NBA history where most of the time, when you watch him, you are wondering if there is a higher level basketball league he can be promoted to, as he is an unfair advantage in this league,โ€ Daryl Morey said, via Derek Bodner of The Athletic.

Morey on that hype train baby.

I'm confused. Mark Cuban and the Dallas Mavericks stopped playing the national anthem at home games?
But now the NBA is stepping in and making them play it per league policy. Hmm. It was an interesting attempt.

It wasn't an attempt, they haven't played it at any game so far this season. They actually did it, for 13 games.

His explanation seemed political in the fight for equality but it made sense to me. I wonder if Mark Cuban is actually going to run for President in 2024? I had always thought he'd eventually give up ownership of the Dallas Mavericks and pursue a career in politics. He's already won his lone NBA Title. I'm not sure if he's going to win another one.
