"The Heat made Jokic a scorer, they said they're going to take away other people. I can see the Miami Heat in their meetings saying Murray is the head of the snake for Denver, and I think they decided Murray is the guy they've gotta stop.

Around 16:00 mark

It's worth noting that the Nuggets are 0-3 this postseason when Jokic scores 40+ points. It's obvious the recipe is to let him get his and force him to be a big time scorer, and limit everyone else (especially Murray).
