Do they have a shot? Certainly, they're probably top 5, as long as everyone is healthy they're obviously a great team. But as we've been saying all along, this roster needs one more move to truly be the best. They're one piece away. They're not better than the Celtics as they currently stand, but they have the flexibility to get there thankfully

Most fans didn't want them to just punt this season. They're a lot better than most gave them credit for under Nurse, with Maxey taking another step, and with Morey adding some key veterans. But again, still missing that one move.

You're right, but that's not a reason to make a move just to make a move. While they're one good move away, that move could also backfire and ruin any chance they have of staying relevant for the next few years.

The new cap apron rules will make things interesting around the league. A lot of players will be available that normally wouldn't have been in the past.

in game theory there's "playing to win" and "playing not to lose" if the 76ers are in a position where they could feasibly be Champions, then the time to push their chips in is now

the Raptors weren't the best team on paper when they won, the Bucks weren't the best team on paper when they won either

I think if Philly management is reluctant to make an all-in move, that signals they don't have much faith in being Champions EVEN IF everything breaks their way
