Thank goodness Rondo stepped up and is leading the team. After Dwade got injured, things turned around because the toxicity disappeared. Now Rondo can do his job as the real leader.

Without Rondo, Butler is a lost sheep. Butler is basically a slightly shorter Paul George. Both have the talent, but not the leadership.
