Since the new millennium the Lakers have won the Larry O'Brian 6 times once being a back to back to back. While smaller teams have similar dreams but settle with much smaller things. It's cute watching smaller team fans get hyped over this.
Lakers been in 8 finals since, won 6. Warriors 4 finals 3 wins, Spurs 5 finals 4 wins, Miami 5 finals 3 wins, Cavs 4 finals 1 win, Mavs 2 finals 1 win, Boston 2 finals 1 win then a bunch of one timers basically
When you're the best franchise people always love to laugh when things go poor, it's fine.
All these warrior fans laugh this season at our expense. I didn't laugh when Curry was injured, or when Durant was injured, or when Thompson missed 2 straight seasons.
Warriors recently made 5 straight finals, haven't been to playoffs since. Before those 5 finals, they didn't go to finals since 1975.
Who else is laughing? Suns? Lost in the finals last year, congratz, and massive win total this year, also congratz. Before that? Missed playoffs last 10 years in a row dating back to 2010, where Kobe fucked them in the conference finals.
Never won a title, big congratz.
Bucks? Great team, finally relevant again after not being relevant since Kareem played for them in the 70s. Last years title was the first time in the finals for Bucks since 1974.
Give me another team and I will make fun of it
