If you can comprehend the vast differences of today’s world/NBA and when Wilt played, then yes, it’s pretty far fetched.

Again, there are absolutely incidents, would be foolish to believe there’s not at least some meddling, but it’s not some mass conspiracy where Vegas is controlling the outcome of every game to ensure they turn a profit. Sometimes team A has an off night, and team B excels, and there’s nothing more to it.

You all are welcome to keep those tinfoil hats on, I’ll just remind myself that people will believe whatever they want.

In today's world/NBA they don't even show the lottery balls being picked, they just report which picks are what and we are supposed to blindly believe that they did it in good faith. Just one example of a blatant situation that could easily have unfettered corruption.

There's also certain teams with certain officials that have a long history of winning/losing. Phoenix has a long outlier of losing in Scott Foster officiated games

It would take literally everyones cooperation and sworn silence, from the players, coaches, refs, to the gm and assistants that get fired every year and some never return.. They all take this to their graves even. Y’all silly if you think these elite competitors would silently let this happen while they get washed out of the league, be smarter please.
