Was a state job, it was for the Internet Service Division Assistant Director, and there was emphasis on having a strong understanding of tech, troubleshooting processes, and overall flow management for large tech projects. Not that I had a ton of experience at the time, but I had a few years technical experience, plus a two-year degree. The other person had nothing in this field. They also burned out after three months.
