Lets remember that Swanigan has never been a fit guy.
He always was around 246 at the combine. at 6"8 that's a lot.
Look up pictures of him at purdue and you'll see his extra love.
During his time with Portland - Sac - Portland he was never able to drop it either.
Literally the biggest knock on him coming out of college is due to his weight he wasn't explosive enough.
I picked him to be similar to a Mo Speights type player. But he clearly lost the motivation.
Guy was also like 400lbs at 13 years old too. So.
Lets remember he still weighs less than DM so...
Good points. I honestly didn't know a lot about him in college so I didn't realize he was heavy to start, it sounds like he has shit genetics outside of his height.
I'll never let myself reach 300 lbs, let alone 400 lbs. Jesus christ. 285 is my highest weight, and 265 is ideal for my height.

I mean it depends on how you carry it. LeBron is 6’8 250
LeBron is definitely more than 250. They've had him listed at 250 for his whole career, and he was easily like 275 in his Miami days when he was jacked more than ever. He's probably in the 260 range right now.
But yeah, it's all about muscle mass and body fat percentage. Two people can be the same height and weight and carry it completely differently.
