Yeah he has been REALLY REALLY bad lately.
Although i'm sure he's not as bad as his production has been lately, he's definitely better than his production as of late.
I mean he was an All-NBA selection averaging 25/8/5 just two seasons ago in Detroit (2018-19), but last season (only 18 games) and this season (20 games) he has been shit. A lot could have to do with the team and just not being interested anymore, playing for a losing culture like that can take a toll.
He'll probably fit nicely with the Nets in a relatively limited role. Can't defend for shit, and isn't explosive like he once was but he's pretty much an afterthought in that offense now so he'll get all sorts of open lob passes from Harden with defenses focusing on the big 3. He will also get a lot more open looks, and we know he likes to shoot threes now. A whole lot less focus or pressure on him with the Nets now being the 4th or 5th option on offense.
