If you want actual advice:

Use high-res images
Use horizontal space more effectively
Be cognizant of where light is coming from or where shadows appear on the render
DL better fonts from a place like DaFont
Learn to use the clipping mask
Use blur on backgrounds to make the foreground pop.
Don't use paint backgrounds; they look tacky.
