In my mind the bet would work like this:

Trump gets re-elected you win, Biden gets elected I win. Anything else happens it’s a draw and fg is returned. Keep in mind results may take a while because of the mail in ballots etc.

No retracting once bet is confirmed.

No one knows when the election results will be out because of mail in ballots and possible contests, so we just take the official/final result and use that.
