its not an easy job, so not everyone should become an officer.
If 2 policemen cannot arrest one guy, then they shouldn't become officers in the first place.

there are many different positions in a police force, unless the women are built like Ronda Rousey or Amamda Nunez, then no they shouldn't be out there risking their lives and putting other lives in danger because they are not capable of doing the job.

The other day a little white boy was murdered; shot in the head by a grown ass black man while playing outside with his sisters, police arrest the man in almost 24 hours. The media barely covers the story at all, no nba or nfl players acknowledge it. Yet they immediately defend the black woman beater rapist that was a threat to the officers lives. The man is still alive, paralyzed from the waist down, but will probably survive.

the man was slowly walking to the car (After being tased), had time to open the door and get inside. Meanwhile the 2 officers stood there with guns pointed and yelled...deadly force should be the absolutely last option and this is not the case.
