If Luka had said this to Montrezl (swappinjg colors) would you have the same viewpoint?
Again I would refer to the correct logic and definition of waht racism is
If Luka said Black man, or Black fuck, or Black mother fucker, or whatever. If he is just using that term to identify the person as it being a common distinguishing trait in the moment, then no it is not racist
If there is prejudicial intentions behind the descriptive word then the person says it, then yes that would be classified as racism as there is prejudice towards a race typically the simple implication that the other is inferior.
I do not think they truly mean those prejudicial intentions and I know that calling someone a fact, like a black person black, or a white person, white, is not racist at all.
Either way they are in a very intense competition that is emotionally charged and it is only natural for these moments to happen as Sport and competitiveness induces these kinds of emotions in humans.
Of course I have played Baseball at the Canadians level and it is very intense in these situations you absolutely hate your competition it doesnt matter if they just saved your sister. They are the enemy and I will not stop until death. This is part of championship mamba mentality.

On Sunday, Clippers coach Doc Rivers told SI.com that he has addressed the incident with Harrell.
“You just have to be careful,” Rivers said. “They both were talking. I don’t think Luka was saying anything racial, but he was swearing. So they both were doing it. It’s an emotional game. It’s a playground game out there in the playoffs. I said to him, ‘Hey, I don’t think you meant anything racially by it.’ He said 'white boy,' but I don’t think there was anything racial intended. But we are in a very heightened climate and you have to be careful. Trez was the first one to say that. He said, ‘I didn’t mean that racially.’ And I said it doesn’t matter. It’s what’s perceived … make sure you do the right thing.”
Pretty much what Doc said. Don't bring race into it in this climate, it's just not worth it and it's a bad look.
Harrell apologised and I think that will be the end of it. As long as other players see this and learn from it, it should be all that's needed.
I think its ridiculous to bring this up when Shaq Kenny and Chuck say White boy in passing all the damn time. Why is it an issue now?
I membah like 6 months ago when the football mans were talkin about how 'that white boy can play' and nobody batted an eye. Who gives a shit wahts wrong with calling a white person white lol
