It's funny how in the article he says "You know which team doesn’t rely on the three-point shot? Philadelphia."

While they don't "rely" on it, the 76ers attempt and make more 3pt shots per game than other playoff teams such as the Lakers and Nuggets. The Sixers also rank in the top half of the league in 3pt% (14th) ahead of teams such as the Bucks, Lakers, Nuggets, and Rockets.


So while yes, they play bully ball and rebound extremely well and look to attack and beat teams inside the whole notion that they don't shoot the three couldn't be farther from the truth.

I love how sports writers think writing about the biggest flaw in their argument automatically makes it irrelevant. 29-2 at home, 10-24 on the road. they are going to be the team hurt most by the bubble.

They won't be playing any games "on the road"

Neutral court with no fans. No "home court" or "away" games. They won't be traveling (which apparently is what hurt the Sixers the most before) and the partying and outside distractions won't exist (another issue with their road games).

A healthy Sixers roster that doesn't need to travel and has no outside distractions can go toe to toe with any team in the league. They've already proven they can beat every top team in the league at least once this season. They have as good a starting 5 as any team in the league, a great defense and a much improved bench compared to last season.
