OKC will have to sell pieces this offseason, though - they're not risking a half-billion payroll in their market especially with the punishing luxury tax rules - they're trying to add affordable pieces like McCain for upcoming seasons when they are forced to partially gut the roster of expensive veterans to avoid going deep into the 2nd apron.
