With the draft being as good as it is and Embiid soaking up a large portion of the cap with reduced minutes/games the 76ers could have phantom injuries to tank. Adding another core player would be tilting Philly into an extended competitive window

I put the 76ers 8th because the East is bad with lots of teams incentivized to grab a top player in this draft. Possibly Celtics, Pacers, Raptors, Heat, Nets, Wizards, Bulls and Hornets

The non tanking teams locked in are Cavs, Knicks, Bucks, Magic, Pistons, and Hawks IMO

The 76ers would owe a pick to OKC in a certain range that I can’t remember
