Fultz was unanimously voted as tier by 1 every polled GM prior to the draft. He was also the consensus #1 on every mainstream mock draft as well. The only other player from that draft that was considered in the same tier was Lonzo Ball. They were 1/2 on everyone's list. Fultz was projected with a superstar ceiling.
