no it most certainly isnt.

You are allowed to bring your gun across state lines if:

1) the gun is being properly transported.

2) you start and END your tip where it is legal to carry a gun.

3) You are actually traveling

for instance if you start in a state where its legal, and you have to cross states where it isnt legal, you are protected as long as you end in a state where its legal and it was your intention

to end up in the state to begin with.

Nothing much to do with legalities in this case, maybe the open carrying in a plane or Club is why there’s authorities involved but the NBA, a private organization, is going to suspend him automatically 50 games if he carried it on the team plane period. If he didn’t, they might suspended him anyways for whatever the bum fuck reason they want to as they are private & he represents the NBA.

Also, what does this do to his future contract 😬😬 & Nike deals.
