His "cd glgl" was before the game started accepting izzo's terms, that's where he believes the bet was cd'd and eerock agreed with him

But it wasnt, because even if the intent was to cd the bet, he did not explicity say the bet was cd'd until after tip off, at which point it becomes and ingame bet and any confirmation placed by any party prior to the game starting are null and void.
